Refund and returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Refunds
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product on delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered

To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Delays caused by courier partners
